Unlock templates

Note: Access to Template Lock Management requires the role 'Templates Unlock'.

There may be occasions when templates appear to be in use while this is not the case. If this happens, the templates need to be unlocked; this is done on the Lock Management screen which shows all locked templates and information about who locked them and when. To open this screen, click on the Unlock Templates button The Unlock Templates button in the Home tab on the ribbon.

To unlock a template, click the Unlock button next to its name.

Once a template is unlocked, it will become available for editing. If the template is actually in use when it is unlocked, all unsaved changes will be lost.
